Elote is PRG’s newest addition located in Southgate Mall. Chef Fila, a native Oaxacan, brings his flare of Southern Mexican cuisine to Missoula! Along with some “Tex Mex” traditional foods, Elote also features an Authentic Oaxacan menu AND the largest tequila and mezcal bar in the region. Elote also features a full casino.
Stave & Hoop is Missoula’s first (and best) speakeasy concept. A huge success right out of the gate it features high end cocktails and savory fare. A smaller menu with focus on live music, dueling pianos, comedy nights and other events, it’s incredibly efficient and also a great performer.
Pangea, in downtown Missoula, MT offers both globally inspired fare and incredibly unique & craft cocktails. Famous for their wine tasting dinners and food pairings, it’s considered one of the best all round restaurants in the entire state of Montana and, in fact, voted BEST NEW BUSINESS in the city for 2021.
Pangea also features “The Barrel Room”, a private event space as well as a new and exploding catering arm called “River & Range Catering”. The catering division has already serviced weddings over 200 people, “Yellowstone” film production events AND has over 100 events on the books for 2025!
PRG expanded the wildly successful Liquid Planet Grille across from the University of Montana, by opening a second location in midtown. Because Missoula lacks quality and quantity in the breakfast arena, the Grille was a hit right out of the gate. Offering breakfast all day, it’s one of the few locations in the entire city where someone can enjoy bacon & eggs in the afternoon.
