Investment Opportunities
Pangea Restaurant Group is offering investment opportunities through a Limited Partnership (LP) structure, allowing new investors to join the existing restaurant group. Investors can acquire A shares with a minimum investment of $100,000. To reserve your shares, a 1% reservation fee is required until the offering concludes during the week of March 24th. The LP will be governed by a comprehensive Limited Partnership Agreement (LPA), which outlines the roles, responsibilities, and protections for all partners. Notably, the LPA includes provisions that prioritize new investors in the event of unforeseen circumstances, ensuring their interests are safeguarded. This structure provides limited partners with liability protection, limiting their exposure to the amount of their investment, while allowing them to benefit from the restaurant group's growth and success.
